On Friday, May 23, 2025, “Study International Fair” was held in the east courtyard of the Collaboration House Hall on Johoku Campus.
In this event, seniors who have studied abroad (including online international exchange and study abroad) introduce their study abroad experience and its attractions to prospective students in a poster format.
The day was blessed with fine weather, and approximately 550 people came to the courtyard, which was filled with blooming roses. In addition to 25 posters created by students who had studied abroad, there were booths where international students introduced their countries, a booth of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and a booth by the University Co-op providing information on study abroad and language training.
Poster presentations covered a wide range of topics, including university-sponsored short-term programs and exchange programs. Those who had studied abroad stood in front of their own posters describing their experiences and talked about what they enjoyed and what they found difficult, as well as answered questions from visitors. In addition, students from Taiwan, the Philippines, China, Dominica, Thailand, Pakistan, and the U.S. introduced their countries.
Ehime University has many students who are interested in and willing to take on the challenge of short-term and long-term study abroad and language and cultural training. The Study Abroad Advisory Office will continue to play a central role in consolidating information on study abroad and providing it to students who are considering studying abroad.
Study International Fair is scheduled to be held again next year in May. We look forward to your active participation.
